I’m Bev, Director & Founder of

 BVLR HR Consultancy Ltd. 

I help small business owners, especially in tech, fintech, comms and early-stage startups, sort out their people problems, properly, fairly, and without the corporate HR waffle.

After 20+ years in corporate HR (think Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Manager, you name it), I stepped away from boardroom buzzwords and policies for policy's sake. Now, I work with fast-growing businesses that need practical, down-to-earth HR support, not a 100-page handbook no one reads.

I work directly with founders, leaders and managers, to give them the clarity and confidence to:

🐾 A bit more about me (the human behind the business)

Based in the South West with my daughter, where we share our lives with my daughters Cockapoo, Coby. 

When I’m not unpicking HR for small businesses, or supporting ambitious business owners, I’m usually outdoors, talking too much, laughing loudly, and finding ways to make HR feel a little less grey and a lot more human.
